The Product Owner/Manager will work with the Workbench pod in Krakow, focusing on defining and maintaining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with product and business strategies. A key part of the work includes collaborating with end-users to understand their needs and assess potential use cases, balancing business value against solution costs. Maintaining high standards for pod and iteration backlogs in Gitlab is also a core responsibility.

Success in this position means mitigating impediments for the team, aligning efforts across different pods and crews, and representing the pod to internal stakeholders and clients. The individual will also stay current with industry trends in AI/ML to enhance the product offering, focusing on value creation through adoption and usage rather than just technical delivery.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $29,250 to $45,000 USD.
