Project Manager - Blockchain Game Alliance

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Manage the full lifecycle of software and blockchain gaming projects from planning to deployment
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, sprint schedules, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities
• Coordinate daily workflows between developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Track task progress and proactively identify blockers or project risks

Agile & Team Management

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and project reviews
• Support teams in maintaining productivity and meeting sprint objectives
• Help prioritize tasks and manage changing project requirements effectively
• Monitor workload distribution and support efficient team collaboration

Development Oversight

• Monitor development progress through GitHub pull requests, commits, and code review activities
• Coordinate communication between developers and stakeholders regarding feature updates and technical feedback
• Ensure development workflows follow established standards and timelines
• Collaborate with technical leads to resolve delays, bottlenecks, or workflow issues quickly

Communication & Documentation

• Maintain organized project documentation, meeting notes, sprint reports, and roadmap updates
• Provide regular project status updates to internal leadership and external partners
• Ensure clear communication across distributed remote teams and international collaborators
• Help improve internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

Web3 & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Assist in coordinating blockchain gaming initiatives, partnerships, and ecosystem-related projects
• Collaborate with community and ecosystem teams to support Web3 adoption and engagement
• Stay informed about blockchain gaming trends, NFT ecosystems, virtual economies, and emerging Web3 technologies

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, gaming, or technology industries
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development methodologies
• Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with GitHub workflows, pull requests, issue tracking, and code review processes
• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, NFTs, smart contracts, or decentralized applications
• Previous experience in gaming, metaverse, or blockchain-related projects
• Familiarity with live-service products, online communities, or digital economies
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus
