Regional Growth Manager - CIS

About the role

This position focuses on driving user growth and engagement within the CIS region, a key market for Binance. The manager will be responsible for end-to-end growth initiatives, from designing and executing acquisition campaigns to optimizing user lifecycle and reactivation efforts. Success in this role means identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities through continuous experimentation and data-informed decisions.

The role requires a hands-on approach to marketing, combining various strategies to achieve growth targets. This includes launching and refining campaigns based on business priorities and performance data. A key aspect is the ability to monitor growth metrics, analyze results, and translate those insights into actionable strategies to improve performance.

Collaboration is central to this role, as the Growth Manager will work with multiple internal teams such as Product, CRM, Paid Ads, and Content. This cross-functional interaction ensures that growth initiatives are aligned with broader company goals and effectively executed across different channels. The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 USD.

• Launch and optimise acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities;
• Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimisation;
• Monitor key growth metrics, analyse performance, and translate insights into actions;
• Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth initiatives.

• 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role (crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps preferred);
• Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact;
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to make decisions;
• Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation;
• Native Ukrainian, strong English and Russian communication skills;
• Passion for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.
