• Proven management experience with strong technical skills and extensive technical knowledge in the fields of electrotechnics, mechanics, and automation technology (e.g., industrial and automated logistics systems).
• Extensive experience in control systems (PLC) and related equipment.
• Training as a mechatronics technician and further qualifications (e.g., state-certified technician).
• Strong communication skills to convey expertise understandably and sustainably to colleagues.
• Good English skills at B2 level to facilitate communication within the team.
• Ability to create reports, handle tickets, and develop work instructions and documentation for your team.
• Effectively identify and coordinate with external stakeholders, build business relationships, and solve problems collaboratively.
