Senior Product Designer

About the role

This Senior Product Designer position at Remote involves taking ownership of the end-to-end design process within a product team. You will be responsible for influencing product strategy, identifying impact opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional peers to define and solve customer challenges. The role emphasizes applying appropriate research methodologies to deeply understand user needs and inform design decisions.

A key aspect of this role is the hands-on creation of user experiences, from conceptual ideas explored through AI prototyping to crafting high-fidelity user interfaces with precision and speed. You will lead vision initiatives for your domain, visualizing future directions and opportunities for innovation. The expectation is to maintain a high bar for quality while delivering designs efficiently.

Success in this role means solving problems holistically, considering the broader system implications of design choices to ensure scalability and consistency. You will communicate persuasively, building narratives around your work to gather feedback and foster collaboration across the organization. Advocating for and contributing to the design system, Norma, is also a core responsibility.

The salary for this full-time role ranges from $103,500 to $166,750 USD annually.
