Senior Product Designer

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at Remote, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences that facilitate global hiring and talent management. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, influencing product strategies and identifying opportunities for impact.

The role requires a mature understanding of the design process and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will lead design efforts, apply research methodologies, and create high-fidelity user interfaces while ensuring scalability and quality in your work.

The salary range for this role is between $103,500 and $166,750.

• Advocating usage of our design system Norma to its best advantage, understanding when to follow it strictly or deviate, improve and contribute back.

• An individual contributor with an impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating your maturity across the end-to-end design process.
• Persuasive communication skills that help you build strong narratives around your design work, provide direction and guidance to others, as well as collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders - with fluent written and spoken English.
• A systems thinker who champions the importance of holistic thinking, is comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong evidence that you are an effective cross-functional collaborator with your product and engineering counterparts.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech etc.
