About the role

This Senior Product Designer role focuses on creating user experiences for global employment. You will lead design within a product team, influencing strategy and identifying impact opportunities. The work involves applying research methodologies to understand customer challenges and using AI prototyping to explore and refine conceptual ideas.

A key aspect of this position is crafting high-fidelity user interfaces, demonstrating maturity in interaction design, and maintaining quality while working quickly. You will also lead vision initiatives, visualizing future directions and innovation opportunities for your domain. Proactive sharing of work across the organization is expected, along with advocating for and contributing to the design system, Norma.

The salary for this position ranges from $103,500 to $166,750 USD.
