  • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g. Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM-based agents) and measuring their effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specs, build-vs-buy decisions, and phased rollout plans
  • Strong data intuition — comfortable with SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-compliance environments is a strong plus
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders (C-suite, engineering leads, compliance) on AI adoption strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus but not required
