  • Lead initial project scoping and analysis activities, including pricing exercises and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate detailed Solution Definition meetings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7–10 years of experience in the life, annuity, or financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design.
  • Strong grasp of methodologies supporting the planning and requirements phases of the SDLC.
  • Knowledge of agile practices and familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Airtable.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading client-facing solution sessions.
