Senior Technical Project Manager - US / Canada

About the role

This role focuses on leading complex GenAI data programs from start to finish. You will be responsible for setting the delivery strategy, which includes choosing methodologies, establishing governance, managing risks, and structuring the workforce. A key part of the job is creating scalable operating models that boost productivity, minimize rework, and speed up the time it takes for projects to go live.

The position also involves taking ownership of program forecasting and ensuring clear visibility into performance. This means you will be crucial in maintaining financial and operational predictability for the programs you manage. You will also develop quality frameworks for both pilot projects and larger-scale programs to consistently meet evolving client expectations.

Success in this role means effectively managing multi-stakeholder environments, including technical, operational, and commercial teams. You will act as a senior escalation point for delivery risks and partner with clients to refine project scopes and identify growth opportunities. Post-project reviews will be your responsibility, turning insights into improvements for future deliveries.

The total target compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 USD annually, which includes base salary and performance-based incentives.

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical or AI-related programs in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of GenAI or AI data workflows and delivery governance models.
• Proven capability in financial and operational forecasting within program environments.
• Advanced risk management judgment in ambiguous or high-change contexts.
• High data fluency with the ability to interpret metrics and drive performance-based decisions.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• PMP or equivalent project leadership credential preferred.
