About the role

This role involves shaping Eigen Labs' social media presence, with a particular focus on AI-related discussions. The individual will be responsible for developing the overall social strategy, including defining the brand's voice, content themes, and posting schedule. A key part of the work will be to amplify the voices of company executives and to manage rapid responses to ongoing AI narratives, addressing misinformation directly.

The position requires executing narrative campaigns for product launches and other initiatives, along with fostering community engagement by building relationships with significant accounts, builders, and media. The Social Media Lead will also be expected to stay current with AI-native content formats and tools, producing various content types from posts and threads to memes and explainer content. This involves coordinating with internal teams such as communications, product, research, business development, and legal.

Success in this role means consistently tracking performance metrics and adapting strategies based on analytics. It also involves engaging with influencers and key voices within the ecosystem to broaden reach and impact. The chosen candidate will need to operate effectively in dynamic environments, communicate directly, and possess a deep understanding of AI tools and content workflows.

The target salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000 USD.
