- Own the full lifecycle of exchange onboarding.
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, compliance, and counterparties.
- Manage relationships with exchanges, brokerages, and vendors.
- Build internal tooling and automated workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate vendors for operational infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve operational risks.
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- 4–6 years of experience in technical operations or trading ops.
- Hands-on experience with exchange onboarding or trading infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate complex work across engineering and external parties.
- Active use of AI/LLM tools.
- Proven ability to operate independently in low-structure environments.
