Technical Project Manager, Trading Operations

A key part of this position is translating the operational needs of the trading team into clear technical requirements for engineers. This includes building internal tools and automating workflows to improve efficiency. The successful candidate will also evaluate and integrate external vendors that provide essential operational infrastructure, ensuring these systems support Nascent's AI-native trading strategies.

Success in this role means effectively coordinating complex projects across different teams and external entities. It requires identifying and addressing potential operational risks proactively, maintaining strong relationships with exchanges and brokerages, and continuously improving the trading operations through new integrations and automated solutions. The work contributes directly to the resilience and expansion of Nascent's trading systems.

The compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
