This Vice President of Engineering position at Help Scout involves leading a 50-person engineering organization. The core mission is to enable the delivery of innovative products that satisfy customers. Success in this position means delivering a performant, secure, and reliable product while driving innovation, especially through AI. It also involves effective management of the Engineering P&L in collaboration with the strategic finance team, clearly communicating investment decisions. The VP will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to execute the roadmap and deliver products that achieve business results.

The listed salary range for this role is between $261,000 and $290,000 USD.
