This role focuses on expanding Movavi's YouTube presence by leading the content strategy and production for their channels. The producer will be responsible for building content plans aligned with team and brand goals, ensuring that videos resonate with the target audience and support the company's mission of inspiring users to create with their software. Success in this position means consistently growing channel metrics and audience engagement through strategic content.

The daily work involves a mix of creative and analytical tasks. The producer will manage the entire video production lifecycle, from initial concept development and scriptwriting in both English and Russian, through organizing shoots with remote talent and user-generated content creators, to final editing and publishing. This requires a hands-on approach to content creation and coordination with various contributors.

A key aspect of the role is performance analysis and optimization. The producer will regularly review YouTube analytics, focusing on metrics like views, audience retention, and conversion rates. These insights will be used to test new content formats and hypotheses, continuously refining the channel strategy to improve engagement and achieve growth targets. The ability to translate data into actionable content improvements is crucial.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $57,500 to $97,750.
