About the role

A core responsibility is to boost affiliate performance across various metrics, including user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and overall revenue contribution. The manager will continuously monitor performance data to identify growth opportunities and address any abnormal behaviors or risks.
The position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to design and execute joint campaigns and incentive programs. The successful candidate will analyze affiliate ROI, trading patterns, and lifecycle performance to enhance the efficiency of the entire affiliate ecosystem. This includes identifying and preventing potential risks like wash trading, arbitrage abuse, or non-compliant traffic sources.
Success in this role means maintaining strong market awareness of competitor programs and industry trends, supporting affiliate onboarding, and fostering long-term relationships. The manager will handle sensitive partner situations, including commission disputes and operational escalations, with professionalism and maturity, ensuring a high level of service and partnership mentality.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $125,000.

- Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries

- Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems
