Affiliate Relationship Manager

About the role

This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and strategic partners. A core responsibility is to boost affiliate performance across various metrics, including user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue. The manager will also be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing any abnormal behaviors or risks.

The position requires professional handling of affiliate concerns, such as commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations. Collaboration with internal departments like Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal is essential. The manager will design and execute joint campaigns and incentive programs to foster strong partnerships.

Success in this role means analyzing affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to enhance the overall ecosystem's efficiency. It also involves proactively identifying and preventing potential risks like wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources. Maintaining market awareness of competitor programs and industry trends is key to developing long-term relationships and supporting affiliate onboarding and due diligence.

The salary for this full-time remote position ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually.

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries
• Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management
• Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends
• Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns
• Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities
• Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred
