- Oversee the creation of "staged fantasies"—scripting and directing complex, story-driven visual scenes that blend reality with imaginative concepts;
- High-End Retouching Oversight: Provide expert direction on retouching to ensure a polished, premium look while maintaining a "realistic" rather than "over-photoshopped" aesthetic;
- Expertise in directing human subjects in lifestyle or narrative contexts that avoid "high-fashion" tropes, focusing instead on realistic, relatable, yet cinematic portrayals;
- Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of graphic design production;
