- Prepare community operation content, including announcements and support for online/offline activities (such as AMAs, Binance Square Live streams, offline meetups, etc.)
- Complete community growth targets according to plan, execute new user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Assist in building and operating multilingual VIP communities

- Community Operations Experience: Hands-on experience in community or content operations (internships or campus projects welcome). Able to independently plan and execute online/offline events (AMAs, live streams, meetups) with a strong execution mindset and results-driven approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams (Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to drive projects to completion on time. Strong at information sync, follow-through, and bridging execution gaps between departments.
- Data Analysis & Competitive Research: Comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools to track community KPIs. Able to compile competitor benchmarking reports and translate data insights into actionable optimization suggestions.
- Content Creation & Multilingual Communication: Strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to independently produce community announcements, event copy, and operational content. Experience with multilingual community management is a plus.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in at least one AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and able to apply it across content creation, information organization, competitor research, and event planning. Possesses basic prompt-writing skills and can fact-check, refine tone, and align AI-generated content with brand guidelines.
