Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Bidding & Lead Acquisition
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects related to Web3 games, mobile & PC games, metaverse projects, and NFT and blockchain-based gaming platforms
  • Actively manage daily bidding activities on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other relevant global platforms
  • Requirement Analysis & Qualification
  • Read and analyze client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs and solution-aligned proposals
  • Identify project scope, technology expectations, budget signals, and timeline feasibility
  • Qualify leads before sharing with sales and solution teams.
  • Proposal & Pitch Preparation
  • Prepare high-quality customized proposals, cover letters, pitch decks, and capability summaries (with marketing support)
  • Align proposals with Antier's gaming portfolio, Web3, and blockchain capabilities, and past case studies and references
  • Client Communication & Follow-ups
  • Handle initial communication with prospects, requirement clarification, capability explanation, and proposal discussions
  • Perform structured follow-ups to increase response rate and push leads toward discovery calls
  • Coordination with Sales & Delivery Teams
  • Work closely with gaming sales managers, solution architects, and pre-sales teams
  • Ensure accurate handover of client requirements, proposal context, and opportunity background
  • Marketplace Profile & Reputation Management
  • Manage and improve company profiles on bidding platforms, profile optimization, portfolio updates, and proposal templates
  • Track client feedback, ratings, reviews, and response performance
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain daily and weekly reporting on the number of bids submitted, responses received, qualified leads generated, calls scheduled, and deals progressed
  • Share actionable insights with marketing and sales leadership.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in project bidding, proposal writing, and client communication for IT services
  • Strong understanding of game development lifecycle, Web3 / blockchain gaming concepts, and outsourcing and offshore delivery models
  • Excellent written English and business communication skills.

Experience & Background

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in bidding and lead generation for IT services companies, preferably in gaming, blockchain, Web3, or software services
  • Mandatory experience of bidding on Upwork or similar international marketplaces.

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

  • Upwork, Freelancer, Guru
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Google Docs / Sheets for proposal and reporting workflows
