Head of Finance, Bolt for Business

About the role

This role involves taking full ownership of the financial performance and operating model for Bolt for Business. The Head of Finance will be responsible for shaping strategy and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth. This includes leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as establishing KPI frameworks and governance for performance management.

A key aspect of this position is acting as the financial leader and P&L owner, accountable for value creation within the business unit. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into clear financial plans and targets, ensuring accountability across the organization. This requires evaluating investments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities to support sound financial decisions.

The role also encompasses building and scaling finance processes, reporting, and analytics capabilities. The Head of Finance will be expected to lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering an environment of strong financial governance and operational excellence. Success in this position means driving financial performance while supporting the overall strategic objectives of Bolt for Business.

The listed salary range for this position is between $44,000 and $76,000 USD.
