Role in brief
Orca, a company expanding into regulated on-chain assets, seeks a Head of Product to define strategy and lead a product team. This role is for a seasoned product leader with a strong background in traditional finance and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes, who can guide the development of new financial primitives.
About the role
This Head of Product will partner with the CEO to shape the overall product strategy, translating a shared vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap. This involves defining and implementing product operating standards and a commitment to a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management craft, including structured discovery, idea validation, and ruthless prioritization based on effort versus impact.
