- Search for candidates (responses + sourcing): UI/UX designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, HTML/CSS developers, Fullstack (React + Node.Js), React Native, Flutter developers, QA, account managers.
- Preliminary resume assessment.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Schedule interviews.
- Maintain daily reporting.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter.
- Understanding of IT (differences in positions and the technologies in candidates' resumes).
- Candidate sourcing using X-Ray and Boolean Search.
- Experience with various recruitment resources: HH, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Upwork, Dribbble, Behance.
- Communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM for candidate management (we use Huntflow).
- High autonomy and predictability. Consistent results on vacancies.
- Maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
