- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation

- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice

- 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in top-tier Internet companies, Fintech companies, Financial Services firms, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies
- Proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions
- Experience recruiting within Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries is highly preferred
- Experience in Web3 / Crypto hiring is a plus
- Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with overseas stakeholders and partners; additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
- Experience in market mapping across regional or global markets
