  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
  • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
  • Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams.
  • Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates.
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
  • Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Base salary varies by location, with a range of $166,345 — $195,700 USD.
  • Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
