What you'll do:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity
- Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience

Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
