Principal Product Manager, TradFi

What you’ll be responsible for

• Own the long-term product strategy for Circle’s digital asset and capital markets platform.
• Lead highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, data, and external partners.
• Translate the needs of global digital asset liquidity providers, institutional counterparties, and internal stakeholders into durable platform capabilities.
• Identify systemic risks across digital asset markets and proactively design mitigation strategies.
• Partner closely with data science and analytics to define forecasting and decision-support systems.
• Influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear narratives and recommendations.
• Mentor and coach other product managers.

What you’ll bring to Circle

• 8+ years of product management experience in digital assets or financial services.
• Proven experience defining and owning product strategy for complex digital asset or financial infrastructure products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-company initiatives.
• Strong track record of identifying and managing product, operational, and market risks.
• Deep analytical mindset with comfort leveraging data to inform strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Direct experience building products for digital asset markets or payments infrastructure.
• Familiarity with crypto-native financial systems and stablecoins.
