In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term strategy for Circle’s digital asset and capital markets platform. You will lead complex initiatives that require collaboration across multiple departments, such as engineering, compliance, and data science.
Success in this position involves translating the needs of various stakeholders into actionable product capabilities while identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Your leadership will also extend to mentoring other product managers and influencing senior leadership with clear narratives.
The salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $260,000.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Own the long-term product strategy for Circle’s digital asset and capital markets platform.
- Lead highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, data, and external partners.
- Translate the needs of global digital asset liquidity providers, institutional counterparties, and internal stakeholders into durable platform capabilities.
- Identify systemic risks across digital asset markets and proactively design mitigation strategies.
- Partner closely with data science and analytics to define forecasting and decision-support systems.
- Influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear narratives and recommendations.
- Mentor and coach other product managers.
What you’ll bring to Circle
- 8+ years of product management experience in digital assets or financial services.
- Proven experience defining and owning product strategy for complex digital asset or financial infrastructure products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-company initiatives.
- Strong track record of identifying and managing product, operational, and market risks.
- Deep analytical mindset with comfort leveraging data to inform strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Direct experience building products for digital asset markets or payments infrastructure.
- Familiarity with crypto-native financial systems and stablecoins.
