What You'll Do
- Run a range of Specialised Production Services (video, motion, 3D, AR) production projects from brief to delivery, including brand films, digital ads, and modular content for performance marketing
- Partner with our internal Creative Leads, DOPs, editors, and scriptwriters to execute high-quality work
- Coordinate global shoots - onsite or remote-directed - and manage external vendors as needed
- Support the integration of AI-powered tools for scripting, storyboarding, post-production, and asset creation when relevant
- Manage project budgets, timelines, licensing, and deliverables across channels including social, Connected TV, and digital ads
- Collaborate with Superside’s AR & 3D team on interactive or immersive content, understanding the basic phases of these projects
- Build and maintain a vetted global supplier network across crew, gear, studios, and specialized production services
- Continuously optimize production processes and identify scalable ways of working
- Work closely with Creative Project Managers, Creative Directors, Finance, and directly with customers
- Keep everyone aligned and informed - from scope and planning to shoot and post
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in creative production (agency, in-house, or production company)
- Strong experience managing video shoots, post-production, and digital-first content (organic and paid)
- Bonus if you’ve worked with performance marketing teams or optimized content for testing and iteration
- Comfort working in global, remote, and asynchronous environments
- A strong pulse on AI, AR, and emerging creative tools, with a curiosity to test and apply them thoughtfully
- Proven experience managing external vendors, production budgets, and contracts
- A process-minded approach to projects, with a love for structure and efficiency
