About the role

This role focuses on managing fintech projects within GoMining, overseeing them from the initial concept phase through to full implementation. Key responsibilities include developing process concepts, breaking down tasks, and engaging both internal teams and external specialists. The Product Manager will ensure that workflows are structured, clear tasks are set, and execution is successful, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

A significant part of this position involves financial oversight, specifically handling allocated budgets. This includes planning expenditures, monitoring spending, and optimizing financial resources for projects. The Product Manager will also be responsible for organizing and streamlining team workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration, and monitoring timelines and deliverables to balance business goals with team capabilities.

The compensation for this role ranges from $92,000 to $149,500 USD annually.
