SAP Cutover Manager

This role focuses on the critical cutover phase of SAP implementation projects. The manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing the entire cutover strategy, including planning, timelines, and governance. The position requires leading workshops to define tasks, dependencies, and responsibilities, as well as conducting mock cutovers to validate processes. A key part of the job is identifying and mitigating risks, managing system freeze periods, and overseeing data migration and technical deployments. The manager will also handle communications during execution, support the go-live, and coordinate the transition to hypercare.

Success in this role means ensuring projects move from development to live operation efficiently and without major disruptions. The salary for this position ranges from $74,750 to $120,750 USD.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Cutover Lead on SAP implementation projects (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, data migration processes, and system landscapes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, etc.
• English B2+
