Scrum Master

About the role

This role focuses on guiding technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that teams operate efficiently within Agile and Scrum frameworks. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating all key Scrum events, such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum and address any impediments. The objective is to support teams in consistently delivering value.

The Scrum Master will also act as a coach, educating teams on core Scrum principles and ensuring that Agile values are upheld throughout the development process. This involves establishing and maintaining effective Agile practices that align with the organization's goals. The listed salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $110,000 USD.
