  • 12-15 years of progressive HR/People experience, with 10-12 years focused on compensation and People Operations.
  • Proven experience in high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries.
  • Strong expertise in global compensation, benefits, equity, and job architecture.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience with HR systems.
  • Experience overseeing a wide range of HR programs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $185,119 to $217,787.
