- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for the Europe region.
- Prepare and process employment contracts and new hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
- Coordinate with Payroll on hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
- Administer core People programs, including leave and benefits.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR policies and processes.
- Support compliance with European labor laws and GDPR.
- Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations processes.
- Lead regional People projects from ideation to delivery.
- 5+ years in an HR / People Operations role, ideally in a multi-country context.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with an HRIS (ADP or Workday preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; a second major European language is a plus.
