This includes developing proprietary intellectual property for the practice and taking ownership of project work. The role also involves debugging, writing comprehensive test classes with high code coverage, and deploying solutions to production.

Success in this role means not only delivering high-quality technical solutions but also effectively collaborating with Salesforce Consultants and clients. The developer will be responsible for documenting their work and providing technical training to Salesforce users. This position is suited for someone who can solve complex software issues and maintain strict security protocols.

The compensation for this role ranges from $98,000 to $162,000 annually.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical field.
• 6-8 years’ experience working in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
• Experience developing customer-facing UI/UX.
• Excellent Communication and Written skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to collaborate with Salesforce Consultants and clients.
• Proficient in SQL/SOQL, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.
• Salesforce Certified Developer Certifications.
• Additional certifications are encouraged.
• Proficient iPaaS (Workato, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft) skills.
