Associate Account Executive

Remote $60k–$76k junior 1 month ago full-time quality 7.4/10

Role in brief

HIFI is rebuilding financial infrastructure and seeks an Associate Account Executive for a new graduate program. This role involves prospecting, qualifying leads in fintech and Web3, and supporting senior Account Executives. It is suited for recent graduates with a strong drive for sales and excellent communication skills who can work in person in New York.

About the role

As an Associate Account Executive, you will focus on generating new business opportunities within the fintech, payments, Web3, and enterprise sectors. Your daily activities will include conducting research to identify potential leads, then reaching out to them through various channels like email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. Success in this role requires a personalized approach to communication, ensuring each interaction is tailored to the specific account.

This position is part of a structured new graduate program designed to provide significant learning and mentorship. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, assisting them during discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proposal preparations, which are critical steps in advancing sales deals. A key aspect of your contribution will be maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and reporting on pipeline progress, ensuring all sales activities are meticulously documented.

Beyond direct sales support, you will play a role in informing the broader business strategy by gathering and relaying market intelligence and customer insights to the Go-to-Market and product development teams. This feedback loop is essential for refining HIFI's approach and offerings. The role is structured as a three-month contract with a clear path to full-time employment for successful candidates.

HIFI's mission is to innovate how money functions, aiming to make it programmable by default. The company is focused on re-establishing the fundamental financial infrastructure of the internet. This context means your work will directly contribute to a company at the forefront of financial technology and Web3 development.

The expected salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $76,000 USD, with the final base pay depending on factors like location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
