The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $85,000 annually, in addition to a significant equity stake.

What skills and experience do you need?
- Founder’s experience is a huge plus.
- 2+ years of managing growth, preferably at talent marketplaces.

- You had experience of scaling SEO (content / programmatic)
- You're highly organized; you're comfortable managing many workstreams; you ensure that work is done in good time.
- Data-driven; strong data analysis skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and GTM. Understanding of how to improve CAC, LTV, ROMI, CPM, CPV, CTR, CPC, CPA
- Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Webflow - Familiarity with Hubspot, Airtable, Figma
