- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup and 2+ years as a player-coach leading and developing others while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Proven experience recruiting both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, GTM) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in the US, Canada, UK, EU, APAC markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
