About the role

This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives and expanding affiliate partnerships for Binance in the Southeast Asian market. A key part of the job involves managing relationships with existing affiliates, acquiring new ones, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure a strong return on investment. The Marketing Associate will also be responsible for overseeing affiliate budgets and ensuring all campaigns meet company standards.

The position requires active involvement in community building and engagement across various local social channels. This includes moderating forums, social platforms, and chat groups to foster positive interactions within the crypto community. The associate will also coordinate inter-departmental efforts, connecting community insights with business development and marketing teams.

Success in this role means consistently developing new content, exploring different channels, and experimenting with creative ideas to optimize acquisition growth. The Marketing Associate will brainstorm and implement both online and offline event plans, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively to manage various community and marketing activities.

The salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $88,000.

• Execute all marketing efforts with hands on approach
• Manage, build upon relationships with affiliate partners and acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme.
• Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI and Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
• Oversee all affiliate campaigns ensure their integrity and that they meet our standards
• Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance
• Constantly work on new content, channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
• Structuring, managing and growing our community via various local Social Channels.
• Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to interact with the community and increase positive engagement.
• Coordinating inter-department cooperation between the Angels and the Binance team (including BD, Marketing, collecting leads, market research, data requests, etc.).
• Brainstorming and implementing online/offline event plans and concepts.

• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• Strong passion for working in a start-up environment.
• 2+ Years Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter, managing social media : Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• 1+ Years Experience in managing online/offline events.
• Proven track record in managing and engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
• Excellent Professional Indonesian Bahasa spoken and written skills.
• Excellent Professional English spoken and written skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, Ability to Multitask with great time management skills needed.
