Must-Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role at a crypto or fintech company.
  • Genuine crypto fluency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize.
  • Organized and process-oriented.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience qualifying or closing API/infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Prior exposure to onramps, wallets, or cross-border payment flows.
  • Active presence in crypto communities.
  • Extensive access to leading AI tools and subscriptions.
  • Two performance reviews annually.
