Sales Lead/ Director, Prediction & Digital Asset Markets
Role in brief
Crypto.com is hiring a Sales Lead to expand their institutional client base for prediction markets and digital assets. This role involves engaging with trading firms, hedge funds, and asset managers to drive adoption of regulated crypto derivatives and tokenized real-world assets. Candidates with a strong background in institutional sales within traditional finance and digital assets, particularly with CME-listed products and CFTC-regulated markets, should apply.
About the role
This role focuses on building and expanding Crypto.com's institutional client base within the prediction markets and digital asset space. The Sales Lead will proactively identify and onboard various institutional clients, including prop trading firms, hedge funds, and asset managers, to utilize the company's offerings in regulated crypto derivatives and event contracts. A key aspect involves connecting traditional finance regulated derivatives with on-exchange crypto products.
The position requires developing relationships with FCM counterparties, prime brokers, and clearing firms to enhance the company's regulated derivatives footprint in the US. The Sales Lead will also work with product teams to create tailored solutions for tokenized real-world assets, ensuring the full Crypto.com suite, OTC, API trading, custody, and regulated derivatives, is presented as an integrated solution to meet client needs.
Success in this role means driving client adoption, generating measurable revenue and volume results, and providing market intelligence back to product teams to inform future development. The Sales Lead will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to signed agreements, while staying informed about regulatory changes and industry developments to maintain a competitive value proposition.
The salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $300,000 USD annually.
