Senior Manager / Manager, Institutional Sales
Role in brief
Crypto.com seeks a Senior Manager/Manager for Institutional Sales to expand its presence in APAC and EMEA. This role focuses on engaging institutional clients like hedge funds and family offices, driving adoption of prediction contracts and real-world asset products. Candidates with a strong background in digital asset sales and an existing network in the target regions should apply.
About the role
This role involves actively sourcing and onboarding institutional clients across the APAC and EMEA regions. The focus is on engaging entities such as hedge funds, family offices, and trading firms, particularly those interested in prediction contracts and real-world asset (RWA) products. The successful candidate will educate prospects on product mechanics and use cases, positioning Crypto.com's full ecosystem to meet client needs.
A key part of the job is managing the client onboarding process from start to finish, working with internal teams like Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. After onboarding, the role transitions into relationship management, serving as the main contact for a book of business. This includes identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products, maintaining high client retention, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
The position also requires providing market feedback to product and strategy teams, sharing insights on competitor platforms, the retail brokerage landscape, and regulatory trends specific to APAC and EMEA. This involves maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts within the CRM, tracking key performance indicators such as trading volume and assets under management to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
