Senior Activation Events Manager (Offline Growth)

  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale activations (events, roadshows, caravans, conferences)
  • Manage end-to-end delivery: concept → vendor coordination → on-ground execution → post-event reporting
  • Identify high-impact opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to integrate OOH placements (billboards, transit ads, lightboxes) with on-ground activations
  • Ensure consistency across offline touchpoints
  • Design and scale university / campus programs (ambassadors, workshops, tours)
  • Build relationships with student orgs, academic institutions, and youth communities
  • Translate campus engagement into measurable user acquisition and activation
  • Manage external partners (event organizers, agencies, vendors, LGUs)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Compliance teams
  • Define KPIs for offline campaigns (foot traffic, signups, activation rate)
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize activation strategy
  • 5–8+ years experience in offline marketing, events, or activations
  • Strong experience managing large-scale events or multi-city activations
  • Exposure to OOH campaigns and offline media planning
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Experience working with youth communities / campus programs is a strong plus
