What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research potential partners across the European banking, tech and business ecosystems, building a robust pipeline of leads aligned with our regional growth strategy.
  • Support senior managers in the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitch preparation to contract negotiation and partner onboarding.
  • Coordinate the execution of co-branded marketing initiatives and events, ensuring all campaign deliverables are localized for European cultural and linguistic nuances.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for prospect accounts, managing material tasks and ensuring clear communication to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for European partnerships, using CRM tools to track lead generation and provide data-driven insights.

Who You Are

  • A motivated professional with 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or marketing within the European market, preferably having worked or working in the digital asset space.
  • A strong communicator with native or near-native fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other major European language (e.g., German or French).
  • A detail-oriented project coordinator who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
  • A culturally aware team player who understands European business etiquette and is comfortable working across different time zones and international teams.
  • A proactive learner with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, and proficiency in digital tools such as CRM software and Google Workspace.
