Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across onboarding, account support, product adoption, and portfolio growth.
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience through direct messaging and real-time communication channels.
Actively drive upsell and cross-sell across the VIP product suite.
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals.
Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto.
Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence client behavior.
High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and client engagement.
Familiarity with real-time client communication tools such as Telegram.
