This role focuses on driving both organic and paid growth for GoMining's applications across the App Store and Google Play. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for App Store Optimization (ASO) and Apple Search Ads (ASA), aiming to increase app visibility, user installs, and conversion rates. This involves hands-on work with app metadata, keyword research, and creative optimization to improve rankings and user engagement.

A core part of the position involves managing Apple Search Ads campaigns from planning to scaling, as well as optimizing Google Play listings through metadata and creative experiments. Success in this role means continuously improving key performance indicators such as conversion rate, click-through rate, and tap-through rate, while also monitoring organic rankings and featured placements. The manager will track impressions, installs, CPI, CPA, and ROAS to ensure strategies are effective.

The role requires a data-driven approach, involving regular A/B testing on creative assets and continuous performance improvement based on analytical insights. Collaboration with product, marketing, creative, and analytics teams is essential. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks, staying current with platform updates and algorithm changes on both app stores.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $57,500 to $97,750.

  • Keyword research, search intent, and metadata optimization
  • Creative optimization and CRO for store listings
  • Apple Search Ads bidding strategies, keyword match types, and audience targeting
  • Experience with ASO/ASA tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, Asodesk, SearchAdsHQ, MobileAction, or similar)
  • Experience with mobile analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Firebase)
  • AI-native mindset: hands-on experience using Claude and AI agents to increase personal and team productivity, automate workflows, and accelerate execution
