  • Drive outbound prospecting - identify and engage potential customers across key verticals through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify and convert leads - run discovery conversations to assess fit, understand buyer pain, and hand off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
  • Own your activity metrics - manage outreach sequences, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene with consistency and discipline.
  • Leverage the tech stack - use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to research prospects, personalise outreach, and track pipeline activity efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing - share market feedback and insights to help sharpen messaging, targeting, and go-to-market execution.
  • Build toward a closing role - this position is designed for someone with ambition.
  • 1–3 years of BDR or SDR experience- hands-on outbound prospecting and lead qualification in a SaaS, Payments, or FinTech environment.
  • Familiarity with the tools - comfortable working with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) as part of your daily workflow.
  • Strong communicator - clear, confident, and compelling in both written and verbal communication; you know how to open doors and earn attention.
  • Hunter mentality - self-motivated and comfortable generating pipeline through outbound activity rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
  • Ambitious and growth oriented - you’re not looking to stay a BDR forever.
  • This role is based in Dublin. Candidates must be located in Ireland.
  • Strong performers will have a clear path to AE and full-cycle closing responsibilities.
