Growth & Partnerships Manager - Staking Products

About the role

This role focuses on expanding Binance's staking products, including Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields. The manager will be responsible for increasing key metrics like Total Value Locked (TVL), revenue, and active users. This involves creating and executing ecosystem partnerships and managing user-tier operations, with a strong emphasis on data-driven iteration.

A key aspect of the position is participating in product operations and iteration. This includes monitoring user feedback and protocol performance, and collaborating with research and product owners to identify optimization opportunities. The manager will translate market signals into actionable recommendations for product improvements and contribute to the product roadmap.

The role also requires building and maintaining long-term partnerships with various entities in the DeFi, L1/L2, LST, and RWA sectors, as well as institutional clients. This involves designing and implementing incentive campaigns, joint activities, protocol integrations, and establishing institutional capital channels. The manager will lead cross-functional coordination with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to ensure project delivery and provide market insights.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $172,000 to $288,000.

• Participate in product operations and iteration; monitor user feedback and protocol performance; partner with Research and product Owners to evaluate optimization directions; translate market signals into product iteration recommendations.
• Design and execute campaigns; work with the Earn team and internal partners to design activity-driven mechanisms that convert resources into on-platform user growth.
• Build and maintain partnerships; establish long-term relationships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA partners, and institutional clients; land incentive campaigns, joint activities, protocol integrations, and institutional capital channels.
• Lead cross-team collaboration; coordinate Product, Marketing, and Risk to ensure end-to-end delivery; build unified operations across the Staking line; deliver market and competitive insights to inform roadmap decisions.

• 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products.
• Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products - able to independently evaluate yield sources and associated risks; understand how exchange product lines drive AUM, retention.
• Demonstrated Product Owner mindset - able to assess product value, with clear thinking on product positioning and roadmap; able to collaborate fluently with Product teams and cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to drive partnerships from 0 to 1: from opportunity identification, proposal design, and negotiation to live integration.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for cross-team and partner communication.
