The successful candidate will be responsible for owning distribution efforts, which includes finding optimal channels and establishing partnerships to expand Mira's presence where target users are already active. This involves packaging product value into accessible use cases through content, messaging, and user flows. The role also requires analyzing performance data to identify successful strategies and convert user insights into actionable market-ready scenarios.

A core part of the job involves running growth experiments, such as rapid tests and creative channel hacks, with an emphasis on moving quickly and scaling successful initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, consistently bringing new ideas and plans to the table rather than waiting for direction. Success in this role means significantly increasing Mira's user adoption and engagement through strategic growth initiatives.

The salary for this position ranges from $57,500 to $97,750 annually.
