About the role
This role involves designing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies for product and token launches, as well as broader ecosystem expansion. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for scaling the project's global presence through multi-chain integrations, partnerships, and developer onboarding initiatives. This includes leveraging a hybrid of Web2 and Web3 growth models, such as performance marketing, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
A key component of this position is leading B2B partnership development across various blockchain protocols, including L1s, L2s, DeFi, RWA, and GameFi, along with VC networks. The individual will identify and secure high-value ecosystem partnerships with wallets, exchanges, and dApps. They will also represent the project at major industry events, hosting networking sessions and AMAs to drive engagement and build connections.
The role also encompasses planning and executing fundraising initiatives, such as IDO, ICO, and blockchain grant applications, aiming to secure multi-million-dollar capital from VCs and institutional players. This involves coordinating with launchpads and advisors to ensure successful token generation events and managing investor relations to maintain a strong pipeline of strategic backers. Additionally, the Growth Hacker will oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across various social media platforms and develop Web3-native campaigns like airdrops and ambassador programs.
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $198,996 annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Ecosystem Expansion
- Design and execute data-driven GTM strategies for product launches, token launches, and ecosystem expansion.
- Scale the project’s global footprint through multi-chain integrations, ecosystem partnerships, and developer onboarding initiatives.
- Leverage Web2 + Web3 hybrid growth models, including performance marketing, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and viral campaigns.
- Develop and oversee growth metrics, KPIs, and analytics dashboards to track marketing and acquisition performance.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

- Coordinate with launchpads, advisors, and investor networks to ensure a successful TGE strategy with high retention and market impact.
- Manage investor relations, ensuring a strong pipeline of strategic backers and institutional partners.
- Community & Marketing Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across social media (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Binance Square) to maximize brand visibility.
- Develop Web3-native marketing campaigns, including airdrops, staking incentives, ambassador programs, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and grow a global Web3 community, designing incentivized campaigns (Zealy, Galxe) to engage users and drive retention.
- Lead the creation of SEO-optimized content, PR, and thought leadership pieces to position the project as an industry leader.

- Experience in SEO, PR, social media growth, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong technical understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
