Marketing Manager - Romania

About the role

This role involves comprehensive marketing execution for Binance in Romania, spanning events, partnerships, CRM, SEO, and ASO. The manager will be responsible for both acquiring new users and retaining existing ones, ensuring marketing efforts are localized to resonate culturally. This includes managing content for blogs and announcements to drive adoption within the Romanian market.

A key part of the role is managing social media channels and engaging with the community, including Binance Angels and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The manager will also onboard KOLs and establish partnerships to expand Binance's reach. Success in this position requires effectively managing local marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and demonstrating a clear return on investment.

The position demands timely and clear reporting on campaign performance, providing accountability for marketing initiatives. Candidates should have strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred)
• Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing
• Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable
• Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions
