About the role

This Senior Growth Marketing Manager role focuses on driving user growth and engagement within the Ukrainian market for Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. The position requires developing and implementing strategies to acquire new users and reactivate existing ones through creative campaigns, product innovations, and continuous optimization of the user journey from initial visit to trading. Success in this role means significantly boosting conversion rates and expanding Binance's presence in a critical region.

A core part of the responsibility involves managing promotional activities and paid advertising. This includes designing and executing educational and incentive-based campaigns, as well as ideating, testing, and optimizing paid acquisition efforts across web and mobile platforms. The manager will also oversee ASO/SEO experiments and retargeting initiatives to maximize reach and efficiency.

The role demands strong accountability and a data-driven approach, with full ownership of Ukraine's OKRs. The manager will frequently report on metrics progress and campaign performance to both local and global marketing and operations teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape the growth framework for Binance Ukraine, working with a local team and global leadership.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range between $120,000 and $200,000 USD annually, plus performance-based incentives.

User Growth & Reactivation:

• Launch non-standard activations to engage and reactivate the existing userbase;
• Unlock new user growth via creative innovations: new product offerings, interactive mechanics, A/B testing, and lifecycle optimisation;
• Map and improve the entire user journey (Visit → Registration → KYC → Deposit → Trade) to boost business conversion funnel;

Promotions:

• Drive and execute series of educational and bonus-based campaigns;

Ads management:

• Ideate, test, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (web + app);
• Manage ASO/SEO experiments and retargeting campaigns;

Accountability & Reporting:

• Fully own Ukrainian OKRs completion, frequently escalate Metrics Progress & Campaigns Performance with Marketing & Operations team.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Growth, Digital, or Performance Marketing (preferably crypto, tech/IT, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile apps);
• Proven expertise in Acquisition, Retention, Paid Ads, ASO/SEO, Analytics, CRM/email marketing;
• Execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and independence;
• Analytical and data-driven, with hands-on A/B testing and product optimisation experience;
• Native-level Ukrainian + strong English proficiency;
• Passion for crypto / blockchain / fintech, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
